• Workout data (exercises, weights, sets, reps)
• Bodyweight entries
• Program configurations

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide ProLoad's core functionality — tracking your workouts, calculating statistics, and detecting personal records. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

All data is securely stored using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Your data is associated with your authenticated email account.

4. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
